Heartland aspires to cultivate team members who are ready to not only serve our customers, but also each other. We host dozens of events every year to help our people grow both personally and professionally.
Our annual ShipIt event gives every employee an opportunity to be innovative and collaborate with their peers. Participants split up into small teams and have 24 hours to develop a product or idea that could help customers solve a problem. This event has lead to the development of numerous product features that many of our customers enjoy today.Watch Video
Every year all Heartland employees take one full day to give back to the local communities where they live and work. We have helped planted gardens, cleaned up local parks, worked on assisted living homes, and more! This is a fun way for employees to get to know each other outside of the office and show their support for local non-profits.
Customer Service Week gives us an opportunity to recognize and thank all Heartland employees who serve our customers every day. Throughout the week, we plan a number of fun team activities to get everyone involved.
